1. Where do your swimming courses take place?

At the youth hostel Cap Wörth in Velden am Wörthersee and the open-air / indoor pool St.Veit an der Glan.

2. What does the swimming guarantee mean?

With regular and active participation, children aged 5 and over receive as many lessons as they need to learn free swimming.

3. How do I register my child?

Registration is easy online via our contact form. If you have questions about available spots or waiting lists, please feel free to contact us here.

4. Do I have to buy the Swim-Trainer myself?

No, we provide the necessary **Swim-Trainers** in the courses. However, you are welcome to purchase one from us for training at home.

5. How can I cancel a course?

Cancellations are possible up to 14 days before the start of the course. For a cancellation, please contact us via email.

6. Do you offer private lessons?

Yes, upon request, we also offer private lessons tailored specifically to the participant's individual needs. Availability depends on the instructor and pool times. Please contact us for more information and to schedule an appointment.

7. Which age groups do your courses cover?

Our courses are designed for children of all ages, starting with baby swimming classes for infants from 4 months up to advanced courses for school-aged children and adults.

8. Do you award swimming badges?

In cooperation with the ÖJRK (Austrian Youth Red Cross), we are authorized to conduct and issue tests for Austrian swimming and life-saving badges upon meeting the currently valid criteria according to ARGE ÖWRW.

9. Can I book a trial lesson?

We generally do not offer traditional trial lessons, as our learning system is based on consecutive course units. However, you are welcome to book a test hour to get to know our concept.

10. Should I join the lesson in the water?

Parental participation and accompaniment in the course depend on the child's age, needs, and the course type.
